How To Treat Fibroid With Prekese

Prekese, also known as Tetrapleura tetraptera in botanical terms, is a fairly unique spice used in West African cuisine.


Prekese can also be used to make jollof rice and other African meals by simply chopping the pods into pieces or powder and adding them to your cooking.
The most important health benefit of Prekese fruit is the speedy recovery it gives to a new mother who has given birth. Prekese fruits are used to make soup and yam porridge for mothers who are about to go to bed to avoid postpartum complications.

How To Use Prekese To Treat Fibroids.

1. Collect two sticks of Prekese 

2. Eight sticks of pepper corn. 

3. Add 1 spoon of guinea pepper

Then carefully wash them in fresh water, cut them up, and cook Prekese. Drink 1/4 glass cup in the mornings and evenings for 2 weeks with 8 sticks of pepper corn and 1 scoop of guinea pepper.

Before drinking the herb the next day, make sure it’s warm.

Considering undergoing surgery does not completely heal fibroid since it has the tendency to develop and grow again , but  the preceding method of using Prekese to shrink fibroid is quite effective and efficient.
